2017 Campaign

The inaugural Love Loud campaign was launched in 2017, with the majority of projects being held on Saturday 9 December. A target of 500 volunteer hours was set as our goal. You can appreciate the success of the campaign from the following statistics:

  1. A total of 29 projects were held across 10 locations.
  2. Over 750 hours were volunteered by 260+ individuals
  3. On average each project had a commitment of over 25 hours / 9 volunteers

Engaging with the community should be part of our everyday life, it is not possible to reach out if we don’t engage the community

I now understand more clearly the lives and needs of people in our local community who do not have the same opportunities that I experience.
